Return Policy:

Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
  • Refund will not include the original shipping cost.
  • We cannot accept returns on products that have been used or soiled in any way.
  • We cannot accept returns on packaged product that has been opened.
  • We are not able to process a refund / replacement for an order that is lost in transit if the address was submitted incorrectly when the order was placed.
  • We are not able to process a refund if the order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but you did not receive it.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit return to us.
  • You must include your full name, address, and order # in the return package.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must remain in its original packaging and must be unopened and unused.

Notes:

  1. During the fabric milling process, small colored threads may occasionally become woven into the fabric. This is a normal characteristic of textile production and is not considered a defect; therefore, towels with these threads are not eligible for exchange.
  2. PERSONALIZED ORDERS: Because this towel is printed specifically for you, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.
